Nicole is passionate about creating relevant and appropriate spaces for people to work and live. She seeks to understand investors and owner occupiers needs, objectives and challenges in order to create the right strategies and results focused developments.

Mark has been the Managing Director of Footersville Structural Timber Solutions for over 20 years. Footersville is a market leading company with the latest computer driven plant, safety standards and value adding services.
He has degree in Building Science and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting. Mark applies his technical and financial knowledge to enable feasible and buildable outcomes in the first instance.

With wide ranging expertise, John is able to connect the dots and create innovative projects and solutions satisfying the needs of all stakeholders and clients.
John is a founding partner of Leedwell Property, managing the development department and retail leasing. His leadership and communication skills, combined with his vast knowledge of market trends and experience in the management of multiple projects, generates strong relationships and exceptional project outcomes. John continues to work closely within the retail and commercial development sector and is constantly encouraging the emergence of new projects.
He offers a tailored and focused approach around design and lettability, coupled with the facilitation and negotiation of key anchor tenant, developer and investor relationships.
